Payment information is collected through the booking and payment providers. We may receive transaction details such as the amount, service purchased, billing information, and payment status. We do not collect full card numbers through forms on this website.

Our current booking and payment arrangement uses Coastal Dev’s existing Cal.com and Stripe configuration, so booking and payment information is accessible through that shared setup for service administration.
We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect people or legal rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A provider may also process information for its own purposes under its privacy policy.

5. AI tools and coaching materials
Listing an AI tool on this website does not send your information to that tool. The website does not currently operate an AI chat service or submit visitor information to an AI model.
During coaching, information that you choose to enter into an AI tool is handled under that tool’s terms, privacy policy, and account settings. Use sample or anonymized information where possible and do not enter sensitive or confidential information without permission and an understanding of the provider’s practices.
Before making a recording or AI-generated transcript of a coaching session, we will tell you and obtain any consent required by law.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage remaining sessions, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Different records may have different retention periods, and our providers maintain their own retention practices.
