Personal or business coaching: which call is right for you?
The same patient, practical approach, with a different starting point: your everyday life or your business workflow.
Both options are one-to-one coaching with Colton. You don’t need technical experience for either. The difference is the task we work on and how it fits into your life or business.
Choose based on what you want help doing, rather than how much you already know about AI.
Personal: something that’s yours
Personal coaching is a good fit when you want to feel more comfortable with AI or use it for an everyday task, a creative idea, or your own learning. We practice asking useful questions, refining the answer, and deciding what to trust.
- Plan your week or organize a personal project.
- Work on a résumé or a message you’re finding hard to write.
- Explore an idea and build useful prompts you can return to.
Business: a better way to work
Business coaching focuses on a recurring process in your business: the tools you already use, the steps involved, and where AI can help. It includes automating one business process in the first session. We’ll use the welcome call to choose a manageable process and identify the setup it needs.
The goal is for you to understand the workflow, practice using it, and know how to check the results afterward.
- Prepare a repeatable customer-reply workflow.
- Turn routine notes into a useful business summary.
- Reduce a repetitive admin step with an automation you understand.
What both options include
Personal and business coaching both include a full 60-minute coaching session at your pace, useful practice, and clear next steps. You can book one session or purchase three upfront for 10% off.
The welcome call comes before the session
Both paths begin with a separate 15-minute welcome call with Colton. We’ll discuss your goal, answer setup questions, and make sure you have a useful starting point. That conversation is in addition to your full coaching hour.
Still between the two?
Tell Colton what you want to do. A personal résumé project and a company’s hiring workflow may use similar tools, but they need different preparation. The task gives us a clearer starting point than the label.
If several people need to learn together, a team workshop is the better place to look. Follow the coaching link below to compare the current options and prices.
